Our Fall Tree and Shrub Sale is here!  This week we are featuring Eastern White Oak.

A stately tree of the upper canopy in the woodlands and forests of Eastern North America, White Oaks are an important member of our wild ecology.  Long lived, these trees can live more than 200 years, feeding large wildlife such as deer, turkey, squirrels.

The roots of white oaks form mycorrhizal associations with many different fungi species such as chanterelles and lactarius among others.  The luxuriant crown of leafy branches are host to many species of insects such as katydids, moth larvae, and pollinators.

Each featured tree or shrub is 15% off of the retail price.
