Join us for our Spring Fling celebration April 5th , 10-4
Each spring Beech Hollow likes to showcase local, hardworking, neighborhood greenspace projects, garden projects, and educators. This year we have the awesome Virginia Linch with her project Butterflies and Bees in the Briarpatch, the unstoppable Kathryn Kolb from EcoAddendum, & Laura Markson from Nurture Native Nature will give a talk on Habitat Gardens. There is a garden and native plant booksale going on with 15% off garden books. It makes everything even better when you have some local nibbles, tea, and kickin’ music by Heather and the Possumden.
And of course, we have native plants, local genotypes grown with organic practices. You can't beat that.
This Spring's Line-up:
- Butterflies and Blooms in the Briarpatch
- EcoAddendum
- 11 am Laura Markson (Nurture Native Nature) presents: Essential Elements of Habitat Gardening
- Nibbles from a local Bakery
- 1-4pm Heather and the Possumden
- Native Plants!
