Aronia arbutifolia (red chokeberry) ripe red berries

Our Fall Tree Sale is coming up! Sales start October 14th and will feature a new native tree every week.  This week we are featuring Red Chokeberry.

We have a new, seed grown crop of  Red Chokeberry,  Aronia arborea. In the early spring, Red Chokeberry has abundant delicate flower clusters that look like small apple blossoms drawing native bees and honey bees. The fall foliage of the Red Chokeberry lights up in a brilliant scarlet.  In the depth of winter, plentiful clusters of red berries persist until spring, providing food for resident birds through the winter.

Each featured tree is 15% off of the retail price.
